The project aims to create a new generation of qualified exporters to open new markets for their products and to be able to achieve competitiveness for their exports in foreign markets, through the following objectives:
• Getting to know the global trading system and dealing with export regulations and laws.
• Studying the Egyptian strategy and the national export plan to develop exports
• Preparing studies and market research to determine the most appropriate international markets for the export of the product
• How to prepare a feasibility study for the project
• Studying the determinants of market penetration and familiarity with the required product quality specifications and certificates
• Familiarize yourself with the various documents necessary to complete the export procedures
• Identifying international agreements that aim to achieve a competitive position in international markets
• Acquisition of knowledge and skills related to the export process services.
• Applying promotional methods and the foundations of total quality management to develop exports.
• How to price the product for export
• Learn about the various documentary collections and international standards for standby letters of credit, methods of financing and guaranteeing exports
• Export logistics of packaging, shipping and transportation means.
